A new challenge

This term i´m taking for subjects, research methodology, theory of modernization and contemporary sociological theory. Beside every week, I´m doing thesis workshop, where the goal is to work in our potencial research or thesis to graduate after the postgraduate program. And optionally, i´m taking English class to improve the languages skills. So, I must say, I have a very busy schedule, because also i´m working.

I´m a journalist and I work in communications agency, dedicated to strategy communication. I´ve been working in this agency for only three weeks until today, but it´s have been great. Also, i´m working part time, so I have extra time to study before i go to class.

This new period I expect to learn about a new discipline and integrate it with my profession, especially because I really like to practice investigation in different level of the society

Roots and south

My Auto biography:

Thinking about this exercise and have to write part of my auto biography, I think that the first thing that I would like to say about me, it`s that all my personal history it´s connected with the south. Definitely it is where my roots are.

I was born in Osorno, Chile, and grew up in Osorno, surrounded with a big family; because i have a lot of cousins and uncles, which was great since I can remember;  having fun in holidays, Christmas and birthdays. I have to say, my childhood was awesome.

I studied in Osorno College School until I got graduate from highschool, it was a great place to me, because I made such a great friends, friends that I still have. After highschool I decided to become a journalist, so i went to study to Valdivia, in Universidad Austral de Chile, only to 110 kilometers from Osorno, so I was very near from my home and my parents.

I lived in Valdivia for seven years, after graduated I worked for a while at the same University, until this year when I decided to continue postgraduate studies in Universidad de Chile. So now, I´m starting all this new life, and far now it´s has been great.

About me, i really like to share time with my friends. Also I really like running and enjoy the streets and the city.
